Hasan Şahin was born in 1989 in Bulancak, Giresun. After completing his primary and secondary education in the same district, he graduated in 2006 from high school with a foreign language education. Hasan Şahin, who decided to be a dentist, won the Faculty of Dentistry in Ege University in 2008. Hasan Sahin serves in Dent 35 Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic at Karşıyaka branch.
